Terms and Conditions

- Please mention (credit) @RaydStudio if you want to post your Commissioned Artwork on social media.
- Illustrations are for personal use only. Commercial use and monetized content will incur an additional fee.
- Please explain the illustration request at the beginning so that the client and artist have the same picture :)
- Free minor revisions at the sketch stage. Other stages can be revised maximum 1x.
- The processing deadline begins after full payment is received, not from the initial request/DP.
- I retain all the rights to my artwork and use the image for my portfolio.IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO USE RAYDSTUDIO'S WORK FOR AI

Payment

- 50% Down Payment upfront. Repayment is done after sketch approval . Or immediately full payment.
- Payment must be made within 1x24 hours after the request is received so that the illustration can be done immediately.
- Refund can be done with the following conditions:
>If the process has not started, 100% refund excluding admin fees from app/bank.
>If some of the illustrations have been done, the refund will be discussed with the client according to the existing progress.
>If the illustration is finished, it cannot be refunded.
